• Teacher’s book on theory of solving conflicts between patients and medical personnel.
• Student’s book on the same subject.
• 15 scenarios of simulation exercises.
• 10 videos illustrating the simulation exercises.

Now it’s time for feedback, fine-tuning of the materials and than producing the online version of our product.
